
To help me accomplish this, I will:
- Keep a 20 oz. water bottle at my desk every day & drink at least 2 or more.
- Continue to keep a 20 oz. bottle by my bed and drink about 1/2 to all of it during the night.
- Drink a glass of water 1/2 hour before meals.
Next week I will recap how I have done with this one goal. If I have managed to drink 60 oz. or more each day, I will give myself a star on GOAL #15.
I haven't been home to be able to do some of the homebody stuff! Plan to this weekend.

I think you are supposed to be sleeping at night! LOL
I like the idea of giving yourself stars when you accomplish something that is ongoing. I might have to adopt that one! If you get a certain number of stars do you get an award?
I love the idea, but agree with mom. Don't you sleep at night? I like the star idea too, may have to do something similar as well. And I have rewarding myself as one of my goals so I think if I get enough stars or something I should reward myself. Great ideas!
